  Three routes to high pastures
Bolzano is located in a broad valley basin and the mountain peacks far away. In just few minutes the three cable cars, leaving from the town, take you up to the mountain woodlands and meadows on Colle, San Genesio and Renon. Above 1000 metres altitude you can enjoy magnificent views of the surrounding Dolomites, enjoy walks across lush pastureland and fill your lungs with mountain fresh air.
Colle-Kohlern
A trip to Colle - Kohlern mountain by cable car is a step into history. This is the oldest cable way of the world. The original gondola can be admiredd at the upper terminal.
San Genesio-Jenesien
The view of the Rosengarten Dolomite massif from Tschögglberg high plateau is without any doubt the finest of all. Sunset enjoyed from Salto mountain are unforgettable experience, when the Dolomite peaks take on a rosy hue, like the Rosengarten legend tells us..
Renon-Ritten
Bolzano's home mountain draws a large number of its visitors thanks to its sunny pretty walks, and the unique Sciliar and Alpe di Siusi meadowlands as backdrop. The highplateau offers you several activities: a trip on the Ritten train, a walk to the pyramids of earth and in winter a perfect sking area for families.
