"Go where your heart takes you... on Bolzano's mountains" is the slogan for the program of walks, hikes and cultural visits for the 2005 summer period, each in the company of an expert guide.
However the excursions are far from limited to the Bolzano area and include destinations ranging from Salzburg to Lake Garda. There is a choice of half-day (mornings or afternoons) and all-day tours. They offer participants, many of whom are townspeople from Bolzano, the chance to discover secluded beauty spots, wild and romantic valleys, mountain lakes, cultural gems and little-known niches in the towns and villages, or to mavel at the breathtaking panorama from a mountain peak.
A brochure is available in German and Italian (Bolzano Bozen Plus) from the tourist office giving for each hike or excursion the grade of difficulty, date, destination, walking time, the maximum altitude, difference in altitude to be accomplished and the name of the guide.
