By pre-registering / registering and participating in the race, the participant expressly accepts that the organizer assumes no liability for injuries, damage and accidents of any kind. This disclaimer applies before, during and after the event and for both the participants and any third parties involved. The participants expressly declare with the pre-registration / registration that they will not make any claims against the organizers, the sponsors of the run or against the neighboring communities due to damage and injuries of any kind that may arise from participation in the event.
The participant expressly declares and under their own responsibility that all information provided is true and correct.
Eligible for both races are:
Italian participants who are members of the Italian Athletics Association FIDAL and who have been tested according to the regulations for 2020 and who have at least reached the age of 18 (due date: October 18, 2020).
OR are holders of the RUNCARD and have reached the age of 20 (key date: October 18, 2020); more information at: www.runcard.com
Mandatory documents: Copy of the RUNCARD FIDAL and sports medical certificate for athletics, valid until October 18, 2020.
Members of an “Ente di Promozione Sportiva” (athletics department) and are at least 20 years of age (cut-off date: October 18, 2020).
The following associations belong to the “Ente di Promozione Sportiva”: ACSI, AICS, ASI, CNS Libertas, CSAIN, CSEN, CSI, ENDAS, MSP Italia, UISP, US ACLI, PGS, ASC, CUSI, OPES.
Mandatory document: Copy of the Runcard EPS and sports medical certificate for athletics valid until October 18, 2020
Foreign participants who
have at least reached the age of 18 and belong to an athletics club of the country of origin recognized by the IAAF.
Confirmation of the club membership takes place by means of a self-declaration, which must be submitted when the start number is issued.
do not belong to any athletics club recognized by the IAAF in their country of origin and have at least reached the age of 20 (due date: October 18, 2020).
Certificate of suitability for competitive athletics, issued by the country of origin in accordance with the Italian medical regulations for competitive sports, which must state that:
• a medical examination
• a urine sample
• an electrocardiogram at rest and under stress and
• spirography was performed
The Bolzano Bozen City Enjoy is a popular sporting event (without a competitive character) and is also ideally suited for Nordic walkers - it is not compulsory to present a sports medical certificate.
At the same time as the pre-registration / registration, the participant expressly authorizes
the organizers to use the image material created in the course of the event in national and international media and advertising materials.
With the pre-registration / registration, the participants accept that their personal data will
be passed on to third parties for the purpose of data processing, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation No. 679/2016. With the pre-registration / registration and participation in the race, the participant expressly accepts that that the organizer assumes no liability for injuries, damage and accidents of any kind.
