The Tourist Board, in cooperation with experienced mountain guides, offers a wide range of excursions for guests and locals. Bolzano aims to play an increasingly important role as an 'alpine city' and highlight its geographical advantage, placing it at the center of a spectacular network of enchanting routes. This is especially significant since the Dolomites were recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with a responsibility to safeguard them.
