The journey time is approximately 4 hours. There is no need to switch trains at the Brennero (Brenner) Pass and advance booking of trains is not necessary. By bus

"Südtirol Transfer" – comfortably to your holiday accommodation
If you arrive by train or bus in South Tyrol you can use the "Südtirol Transfer”, a region-wide connection shuttle for the last few kilometres to your accommodation.
You can get to your holiday accommodation from the train stations in Bolzano/Bozen, Meran/Merano, Mals/Malles, Brixen/Bressanone, Bruneck/Brunico or Innichen/San Candido, as well as from the ‘Flixbus’ bus stops in Bolzano, Meran, Klausen/Chiusa, Vahrn/Varna or Sterzing/Vipiteno and after your holiday you will be brought back to the stop. By car
ATTENTION! Since May 2014 the access to the city centre of Bolzano Bozen is under video surveillance. Please follow the indication to the parking places and do not overstep the gates in order to avoid the sanction.
On July 1, 2019 the new ordinance against air pollution will come into force, providing for a traffic ban in the city center of Bolzano for all vehicles "Euro 0", "Euro 1", "Euro 2 Diesel" and "Euro 3 Diesel". The ban is valid from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), from 7 am to 10 am and from 4 pm to 7 pm. For more information and maps please click here.

Coming from the south
We suggest to take the motorway exit "Bolzano Sud" and to park your car at the Fair (1300 lots). From there you find public busses to the centre every 15 minutes or the train every 30 minutes.
Coming from the north
We suggest to take the motorway exit "Bolzano Nord" and to park at the parking "Bolzano Centro-Mitte", in Via Mayr Nusser Str., which is only a few minutes walking from the centre.
By air
South Tyrol's only airport is located in the southern outskirts of Bolzano/Bozen. Beyond South Tyrol the nearest international airports are in Innsbruck in the north and Verona in the south. The other airports Bergamo, Treviso, Venice and Munich are over 200 km away (or four hours by rail).
