South Tyrolean Speck Safari

A new, unique possibility to discover the old town of Bolzano and one of the typical South Tyrolean quality products: South Tyrolean Speck PGI. The Speck Safari is offered in collaboration with the South Tyrolean Speck Consortium and combines a guided tour of the old town with a tasting of South Tyrolean Speck PGI accompanied by a fine drop of wine in a traditional inn, where you will learn more about the history, production steps and guidelines of this South Tyrolean speciality.

When: every Friday in April, May, September and October 2024
Meeting point: 3 p.m. at the information office in Piazza del Grano 11
Duration: 2 hours.
