Bolzano Wine Summer Events
From May and June onwards, warm summer evenings are already common in Bolzano—bringing with them a growing number of wine-related events. In high summer, one of the most important highlights takes place: the “Lorenzinacht-Calici di Stelle” under the historic arcades.
- Wine Event Bolzano – June 5
At this classic summer wine event in Matteotti Square in Bolzano, guests and locals can taste wines from local producers between 7 pm and 11 pm. The evening features live music and culinary specialties. The event is organized by the Bolzano Tourism Board.
One of the largest and most important wine tasting events in the city. Under the arcades and in piazza Municipio Square, local producers present their wines from 6 pm to 11 pm. Typical South Tyrolean specialties such as cheese, speck, and baked goods are also served. Tasting vouchers can be purchased in advance from the Bolzano Bozen Tourism Board.
- St. Magdalener Aperitivo – September 4–5
A tasting event in Walther Square dedicated entirely to St. Magdalener wine in all its variations. Around 20 local winemakers present their products. Organized by the Bolzano Bozen Tourism Board and the St. Magdalener Protection Consortium, the event will feature live music and a joyful summer evening atmosphere.
